The North Sea isn't THAT cold

Today I found out how awesome it is to get around on a bike in Copenhagen.  They have their own bike lanes on just about every road and while it is pretty intense, and requires you to be very aware of what's going on, it's the best way to get around the city very quickly.

We biked, with our studio group, through the city and about 10 miles north along the coast, stopping along the way to check out the view and some impressive buildings.  We also stopped at a couple beaches and at a swimming "bath" where the Danes go swimming when the weather allows...guess who was the first one in the water?  Moi.

While it was quite cold, it wasn't as cold as I had expected and would even say it was warmer than the ocean in San Diego.  Oh yes I did.

If you squint, you can see Sweden on the horizon.
